Brute 4x4 phone mounts are designed for on and off-road and rugged use. Ensure proper installation and secure attachment before use. We are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use, installation, or product modification.

3. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in [currency] and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full before shipping.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to ship orders promptly, but delivery times may vary. Brute 4x4 is not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns and Warranty

We offer a 7 day return policy for unused products in original packaging. Our phone mounts come with a 3 year unless stated on the product packaging warranty covering manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.

6. Limitation of Liability

Brute 4x4 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

We value your privacy and only collect necessary information to process orders. We do not share or sell personal data to third parties.
